This year, 5th and 6th day of February, Avida Land Corporation conducted their semi-annual planning in Eagle Point Beach Resorts Conference / Trellis Room. The group accommodated the overnight package in beach resort. They arrived at 9:45 in the morning by three private cars headed by Ms. Izie Ferrer. Avida land group was consisting of 15 participants.

The group checked in to their assigned rooms and started their conference.
DAY 1:
Let’s start planning 🙂
By 10:00 AM they started the prayer leaded by the participants and precede with their conference meeting.
Avida Company focuses on getting ready to inspire more people that there are lots of possibilities to have our own house and to make it our new home. This semi-annual planning was also about turning Avida to its 25th year this 2015.

When the clock strikes at 12:00 noon, the group make their way to Eagle’s Nest Bar and Restaurant to have their lunch.

Back to work.
After they ate their lunch, they hash out with their several agenda’s.
At 3:00 PM Merienda Time!!

They continued their conference and ended the event at exactly 8:30 in the evening.
The long day was over. The group took their dinner at Bayview Diver’s Club and Resto.
The following hours until 11:00 pm was a social night for every participant.
DAY 2:
Good Morning 🙂
An early breakfast buffet has started around 6:00 in the morning.
With your tummies full and a beautiful scenery, Wow! A great way to feel the cool breeze in the morning while relaxing your senses to start another day. Isn’t it?
After the early breakfast the group decided to check out the famous Sepoc Beach Center, a private island owned by the beach resort.
A photograph before they started the most awaited voyage to unravel their selves from the hustle and bustle of a city life.
While travelling they play “PINOY HENYO” using a mobile application.
The duration of the boat ride took 15-20 minutes that’s why they amused themselves by playing.
The famous Sepoc Beach Center revealed its own loveliness.

The group arrived at Sepoc Beach Center around 8:00 A.M.

The picture taking was done. They stayed at the Pavilion and drank some beers and soda while waiting for the barbeque grill.
They have an early lunch at 10:15 A.M.
The lunch was over, so they decided to went back to the resort.

At the resort, they took some showers and prepared for relaxations.The participants avail a 1 hour massage.

At 2:30 pm they packed up their things and checked out.
