The group arrived at 8:00 AM headed by Ms. Ritchel de Jesus and Ms. Maristela Balmaceda (Coordinators of Kylemed)
Welcome drinks and Breakfast at the Main Poolside of the beach resort.
Breakfast eating – Done 🙂
The members sneak a quick look at their respective rooms and groom themselves preparing to start their much awaited island adventure.
Departure time to Sepoc Beach Center was 9:15 AM
The group arrived at 9:50 AM due to slightly strong waves. It was low tide that time and the captain of the boat decided to anchor at the other side of the Island.
After unloading, they were fascinated by the vast mountains and caves around the famed Sepoc Beach Center.
Free Time!!!
They went swimming, hiking and played volleyball.
Time to savor the delicate seafood dishes for their Lunch 🙂
The lunch ended, they took a short rest and continue with the mini volleyball tournament, after volleyball they swam again and take selfies. Before 3:00 in the afternoon, the group went back to the main resort with a trace of satisfaction and enjoyment to their faces.
Dinner and social night began at 7:00 at Eagle Deck of the beach resort. The group ordered 159 beers and enjoys the night singing.
The sun rises; they had their breakfast at the poolside pavilion.
After breakfast they prepare for the Team Building Activity at South End Pool. Mr. Jm (Social Director of Eagle Point Resort) prepared three (3) games for the group namely: the team that race the golden egg, row row blows your boat and Kayak mo ba to??? (Each game has corresponding points)
The 3 groups which have 13 group members each.
The first game was the “Team that race the golden egg”
Pass the message with a twist. The message should reach the next member at the other side of the pool. After passing the message the participant swim and tell the message to the last member. The last member will write the message to the egg. Team 3 won the first game.
Row, Row Blow Your Boat 🙂
Each team has to make their own boat using plastic bottle, bending straws and tape.
3 boats will race by blowing them from the pool and splatter water to be able to reach the other end of the pool. After giving their boats a name it is now ready for navigation, von voyage!
After a few minutes of the battle… May-day may-day!!! The boats weren’t able to reach the pier because of heavy waves and must be no gasoline? So I let them pick 1 member to be a representative of each team and blow the boats to be able to anchor the pier. And the Team 3 won again!
Kayak mo ba to?
The kayak race was held at the pier area. There is no problem of gasoline and wind anymore because they will use the paddle to navigate the kayak. Before the race start, Mr. JM shows them how to use the paddle and gave them some safety reminders. The race started from the shore up to the speed boat and needs to return and pass the life vest to the next pair and up to the last pair.
The race finished and Team 1 won the race. After counting all the total points, Team 1 was announced as overall winner with 125 points, Team 2 with 112 points and Team 3 with total of 110 points. And that ended the very exciting and fun Team Building Activity of Kylemed Inc.
After the games, they enjoy the swimming pools and had lunch at the poolside before they checked out.
Thanks to Kylemed Inc. and we hope to see you next year 🙂
