WHAT: TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES AND GAMES
As MTI employees arrived at Eagle Point Beach Resort in Batangas at around 10 in the morning, and they found out that they will held their team building on the so called “Sepoc” – an island owned by Eagle Point Beach Resort, curiosity strikes on their mind on what Sepoc Beach Center looks like. Both excitement and curiosity were with them as they travel from the main resort to Sepoc Island.
At 10:20 am, they reached the Sepoc Island. At an amusing expression they said, “Sulit and binayad. Worth it!”
They took a rest as they were getting ready for the first part of the program. The cheering presentation. The coordinator gave them 15 minutes to build up a Cheering Presentation for each group.

After the presentation of every groups, the program continues. They started their games that will test their team work as a group 🙂
First game, Limbo Rock!
After that, the Tug of War that will surely test your strength as a team. May the strongest team win! 🙂
Last game, Catching Eggs from heaven
Just kidding. It’s just catching eggs 🙂
The game proper just ended. Surely, they are craving for foods because of the very challenging activities. At 12:30, they have their Lunch break before they continue the program proper.
It’s eating time! 🙂
After having their lunch, at 1:30pm another set of program continues. The much awaited presentation of the newly hired employees. But before that, their boss delivered a short message for the delegates

And by the way, the presentation will be judged by the following persons. Mr. Dave Bumatay, Ms. Bing Soriano, Mr. Kevin Crabel and Mr. Mark Leo.
After every presentation, the judges give their comments on what they would like to say about the presentation of the group.
After the presentation of the newly hired, another presentation is waiting! A surprise presentation number from their visitor.
After a surprise presentation, the awarding ceremony and another message from their boss and again for the delegates 🙂
On that, the program proper just ended. They have their free time to roam around the island to take some pictures as their souvenir. Others went snorkeling, others took selfie underwater using their waterproof cameras while others play Frisbee 🙂
At 3:30pm, they went back at the main resort. 4:00pm, they have their snack so that they will not get hungry as they went back home. MTI employees really had a great time spending their team building at Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort. You can see the proof on the smile on their faces 🙂
