Last December 10-11, 2016, Eagle Point Resort welcomed Human Resource and IT personnel of City Government of Muntinlupa. Arrived at 8:30 in the morning and headed straight to Balayan Ballroom for their whole day indoor activity.
They headed straight and gathered all together at Balayan. While waiting for other participants others started to have their AM snack, an Arozcaldo with condiments was served for them.
When everyone has arrived, the program has begun. It was started with short opening, doxology and prayer and pays a respect to our National Anthem. A representative from Civil Service Commission serves as their formal speaker.
A discussion about GAD (Gender and Development) is their main topic for this event. It is also the reason why they are in Eagle Point Resort. Gender and Development is an important matter to Human Resource people because it talks about the equality and equity between male and female employees. Nowadays, male and female employees is given balance rights and responsibilities that has to be observe properly by the management.
After long hours of discussion its BREAK TIME!!
Lunch buffet is ready to fill their tummies because it is going to be a long day for all of them. There is a lot more to discuss and activities to do for the whole day.
Session continued together with different activities connected with the main topic, the Gender and Development.
The speaker asked them to write their own #Hastags for what they wanted Muntinlupa to be in consideration with the GAD. And there is their works!!
This one is for the ending of the sessions. All of them is given this 2017 TARGET CARD, where they’re going to write what they wanted to be in 2017. It can be for their family, careers, relationships, themselves and others. After writing it, they sealed it and will be opened next year to check whether they have achieved whatever is on it.
Its free time for everyone and will be back for dinner and party at 6:30 PM.
Their party has started after dinner with different parlor games!!! Winner will bring home different rewards as well.
They also exchanged gifts with each other.

Its Sepoc Day!!
Its free time for everyone. They enjoyed swimming, kayaking, trekking and relaxing together with the beautiful views of Sepoc Beach Center. This will surely make them forget all the stress over work and the hustle of the city!!
Its lunch time!! They have early lunch at 10:30 am because they have to go back to the main resort at 12:00 noon.
Everyone make sure not to miss anything here in Sepoc, even though they have limited time only they used to explore the whole area and have done a lot of things here.

Its time to go back now because they also have to get back to reality, in Manila.
