Team building activities in Batangas resort are all the rage nowadays. It seems like every company hosts one every year. But what is it exactly? Do you just play games and do some socializing?

May 13, 2017, People 4u and team arrived at Eagle Point Beach Resort in Batangas and head straight to Sepoc Beach Center that will be used as their team building venue.

These people are missing the point. Yes, it gives employees a chance to kick back and recharge. But it is so much more than that. Good team building activities are tailor fitted to target and achieve certain goals. You don’t just throw together, games, activities, food, and booze and hope for the best. You build a strategy, the games and activities should be varied according to the maturity of a team.
They are already divided into four groups and started to sit with their respective group mates.
The Black Team
The Red Team
The White and Blue Team
While they are waiting for their morning snack, some team members started to talk about their strategies for the games while others are playing beach volleyball.
Eating time!!
Refuel their bodies to be burned during the team building activities.
First Game: Obstacle Relay with Sack Race
Each member of each teams has to go through a series of obstacles. There’s a wheel, a rope, sack and a chair. First team to finish will win.
Black team wins followed by White team then Red team and lastly Blue team.
Second Game: Fill in the Drums
Each team were given one drum full of holes and one pail to be used in filling the drums with holes.
White team got the first place followed by Black team
Then Blue team
and lastly Red team.
Final Game: Flag Hunt
Going back to the main resort to rest and to experience the comfort of Eagle Point Resort’s sea view rooms with fresh mattress and squishy pillows plus hot towels.
The day ends with a big and bright smile from each and every member. They indeed had a great time during their team building here in Sepoc Beach Center. This is the most favorite team building venue in Anilao, Batangas were in guest can enjoy different team building activities while enjoying the beach.
