Team building in a Batangas beach resorts provides a chance for the team to participate together in an experience where everyone starts with an equal level of knowledge about the given task. The novelty requires people to draw on and create team process skills to complete the task successfully in a wide open team building venues. The challenge of a new experience also requires employees to collaborate and work together in close proximity, which helps to develop working relationships quickly.
Last May 13, 2017. Eagle Point Resort once again hosted Accenture Inc., 2017 company outing. The group arrived a bit late at around 1:30 in the afternoon.
Upon arrival at the main resort they just leave their bags on the luggage area assigned for them and head directly to Sepoc Beach Center. A piece of land in Maricaban Island of Tingloy, Batangas which was owned by Eagle Point Resort and commonly used as team building venue for its guests during company outings.
Since it was already late they had their lunch at Sepoc Beach Center right after arrival. Some of them fall in line at the lunch buffet area even without settling their bags on the tables. They were seems really hungry because its already around 2:00 in the afternoon.
We gave them enough time to eat their lunch and rest for a while to be ready for our in-house team building activities.
Then of course we started the activities with a short prayer to put everything to God and may He guide us and protect us that no one will be harmed during the activities.

They were already grouped accordingly, they were divided into four groups so here they are:
ORANGE TEAM
PINK TEAM
YELLOW TEAM
BLUE TEAM
First Game: Obstacle Relay
Orange team comes first followed by Yellow team then Blue team and lastly is the Pink team.
Second Game: Fill in the Drums
The first team that finishes filling the drums with salt water is the Blue team followed by Yellow team then Orange team and on the last corner again is the Pink team.
Last Game: Thug-o-war
This is the final game which will tell us the overall champion for this year’s team building.
The strongest team for this game is no other than the Orange team followed by the Blue Team then Yellow team and consistent on the forth placer, Pink team.
Overall it was a fun day! Everyone enjoyed and struggled towards the activities. Overall champion is Orange Team, applause for them!!
