We are starting to feel the heat of summer and we have to guarantee that the whole team has to have a great time by giving them a break and a day in a Batangas beaches. “Presenting”
On March 25, 2017, Yuanta Savings Bank, a Korean entity owned by Yuanta Securites and under Yuanta Financial Holdings based in Taiwan and one of the most sought and recognized foreign thrift banks in the Philippines. Had their team building in one of the most famous corporate venues in Batangas beaches, Eagle Point Resort.
Arrived at around nine in the morning and head straight to Sepoc Beach Center where their AM snack, team building activities and lunch is waiting for them. They had their AM snacks upon arrival at Sepoc, rest for a while and EPR team building begins!
They were divided into four teams: Blue team, Black team, Green team and Gray team respectively.
First Game: Sand Castle Making
They’re outputs will be judge based on teamwork, creativity, originality and design. The Black team got the highest score of 96%, followed by the Blue team with 94% and Gray and Green team with 91%.
Second Game: Flag Hunting
60 flaglets in different colors were scattered along the pathway going to the rightmost part of Sepoc Beach Center. Each colors has equivalent points and the higher the points a group has will become the winner.
With a large amount of teamwork and dedication the Black team won the with a total of 1230 points, followed by the Blue team with a total of 960 points, next is the Green team with a total of 590 points and lastly Gray team with a total of 580 points.
Third Game: Fill in the Drums
Each team was given their materials, a pail and a drum with holes, to be used for this game. First, they were lined at the back of each drums facing the sea and on GO signal, they will run and start filling the drums with holes using the pails and sea water. First team to make the water overflow will win this game!
Some members already covering the holes while others is forming a line from the drum to sea and pass the pail from the man on the sea going to the drum.
The Gray team filled the drum first, followed by Green team, also Blue team and lastly the Black team.
Forth and last Game: Obstacle Relay with matching Sack Race
This game becomes tougher when we decided to combine obstacle relay with sack race. First team to finish will win.
Fastest among them was Black team, followed by the Green then Gray team and lastly blue team.
Right after the fat burning games, the team had their lunch and spend the rest of the day at Sepoc Beach Center.
