Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) is one of the most known and prestige banks in the country. They operate nationwide and even reached abroad. Last June 11, 2017, BPI Main Branch employees visited Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort in Batangas for their company outing and team building.

A total of 43 participants arrived around nine in the morning. Upon arrival they used their designated luggage area for keeping some of their baggage and head straight to Sepoc Beach Center for their team building.

They were divided into two groups, Pink Team (above photo) and Blue Team (below photo) respectively. Each team has to perform their own cheer before we start the proper team building activities.

First Game: Obstacle Relay with Sack Race

Each team fall in line in front of the tires placed on the sand. First course is to pass the tires by putting one foot at a time on each tires.

Then put on the sack after going over the rope.

Get ready to jump until it takes your breath away, then go back to where you started and tap the next player.

Blue team win!

Second Game: Flag Hunting

We scattered total of 50 flag lets along the pathway. The colors of the flag was red, orange, green, pink and yellow and each flag has a corresponding points. The Pink team won the flag hunt , got 5300 points.

Third Game: Fill in the Drums

We give each teams one drum and one pale. They have to fill the drums with salt water using the pale.

While other team members are having a hard time in covering the holes.

Almost there~~

Blue team wins!

Last bonus game: Longest Line

In this game we do not let each team to know what is our final game. Longest line is supposed to be a surprise game so that they will only use what they have.

The game starts and some of them started to take off some of their clothes and create a straight line along the white sand shore of this beach in Batangas.
