Company outings in Batangas beach resorts give everyone a chance to relax, unwind and have fun while strengthening teamwork. It helps build great camaraderie among the staff which results to better performance at work.
This year’s B2be.com Philippines Inc., company outing was conducted at Eagle Point Beach Resort in Batangas located in Mabini, Batangas. Arrived at the resort around 10 in the morning and head straight to Sepoc Beach Center, where their team building activities are waiting.

Of course, a team building’s highlight is the games!
For this, the group was divided into four teams. We played a set of games which includes the cheer competition, obstacle relay with sack race, fill in the drums, kayak race and raft making contest. Everyone had a great laugh and a good time and applied the teamwork for each game. Kudos to our game masters who facilitated each fun activities!

Each team actively perform and participate on the first activity. It was indeed a booster for the next activities.

And that ends not the day but the fun activities Eagle Point Resort in Batangas offers. There are more things to do during free time, some of them went for a swim in the very clear sea-water, played beach volleyball, went kayaking and explored the vicinity of the island.
