Day 1;
On the first day, the group arrived at the resort’s lobby past 9 in the morning. They were given welcome drinks at the Balayan Ballroom (Conference room). After that, they proceeded to the luggage area to leave their stuffs.
The discussion and presentation of their company event took almost an hour. Before they went to the Sepoc Beach Center,Ms. Grace, our in-house facilitator spoke to Ms. Xiameer (the coordinator and the Managing Director of the company) regarding the requirements they needed for their company event.
Ms. Grace accompanied the group to the Sepoc Beach Center because they want to see the set up she did in the island.They arrived at the Sepoc beach past 11 in the morning so Ms. Xiameer decided to have their lunch first before proceeding to the program proper.
After they ate lunch, they proceeded with their team building activity.
One team wins! Look how happy they are!
It was a fun team building event for everyone and they had a beautiful stay at this best beach resort in Batangas for the time being.
