There’s more to a day at the beach than splashing against the waves and building sand castles. You can have plenty of active fun activities at the Batangas beach with your friends and family by being extra creative. While it’s great to laze around on the beach, punctuated only by the odd swim to cool off, being prepared with some great beach games and activities will make the day fun for the whole group.
Last November 14-16, 2016, Eagle Point Resort has delivered another fun filled adventure to the cheerful members and staff of TEAM SOTTO. The Office of City Councilor Viktor Eriko Sotto, son of Val Sotto from the famous celebrity and politician clan in the country gave his devoted staff and members a blast of fun and adventure at one of the most famous beach resort in Anilao, Batangas, the Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort.
A group consists of 32 active members including the family of Councilor Viktor Eriko Sotto, his wife and two kids.
The group arrives at the resort at 11:00 in the morning and headed to Balayan Ballroom for their lunch. Everybody is amaze with the stunning view of the ocean right in front of Eagle Point Resort.

After taking their delightful and plentiful lunch they all checked their respected rooms and keep their things inside. While waiting to Councilor Sotto, some decided to have some beer in the dive deck, some take some rest from long ride and some of them started to have a look around the whole vicinity of the resort.
The Banana Boat ride could be the best ride for your buck on the beach. It delivers the thrill of a jetski with a little more padding and it can handle up to five people at a time. It is being towed by a speed boat and tour the passenger around. The Banana Boat departs from the beach, goes a couple of miles down the coast, and then offshore to provide a spectacular view of the Grand Strand before returning to the beach.
Team Sotto booked a 15 minutes ride in our banana boat and some members begun to ride on it.
All members of TEAM SOTTO tried our entertaining and safe banana boat ride. They roam in front of Eagle Point Resort and nearby resorts and witness how crystal clear the water of Anilao is. Amazing isn’t it??
After the long tiring day, it’s time to pamper again their empty stomach with delicious dinner for them, it is also the time to welcome Councilor Sotto and his family’s arrival.

You can see by their smiles that they were all enjoying the food!!
After dinner, they enjoy the rest of the night singing in our Videoke and having a little alcoholic drinks.
Next day..
Everyone seems tired because of last nights long hours of Videoke and drinking. Today is the day for them to go to Sepoc and enjoy the pristine water and white sand of the place. They have their breakfast at the poolside and one by one hop in the boat.

Upon arrival at Sepoc, they were amazed with the welcome note made in stones right at the shore created by the Sepoc people. A “WELCOME OFFICE OF THE COUNCILOR SOTTO” sign made their day!
Some played volleyball upon arrival. I can say that they’re not good in playing it. 🙂
While others including Councilor Sotto is just relaxing.
Let the program begin!!
We started with a short prayer leaded by kuya. He was thankful to God for our safety, good health and for this day that everyone has nothing to do but to have fun and relax.
After the short prayer, the game has begun. It was started with performing each group their very own cheer to boost each members energy.
Councilor Sotto lead his group with a tribe theme with matching lifting of one of their members. They are so “kulit” and so close to each other.
While the other group highlight the word “WIN” which means that they will do everything in order for them to win against the other group. It was lead by Sir Aying, the one who coordinates with Eagle Point Resort for this getaway.
FIRST GAME!!!

First team to finished 10 people will win in this game.
They are going to jump inside the sack and pass the rubber donuts
And then roll over the round table and lastly is to go around the chair and go back to their lanes and tap the next player.

Fill in the Drums!
Each team has to think of their strategies on how to fill the drums full of holes with water.
They have a short discussion before the last game begin.
