The Eagle’s Nest Bar and Restaurant puts our guest at the forefront in an interesting twist designed to challenge their taste not only on the food we serve but also on the beverages we put to the table.
Besides indulging with the wide range of food selection such as Filipino, Asian, European & Australian our guest can concoct their own flavor of cocktails or mojitos as they wish. We continue to amaze our guest by being able to serve even requests outside of our ala carte menus.

A must to try are the wonderfully delicious, tempting and naughty deserts created by our very own Chef Jon.
We also have great daily blackboard specials as well as specialty Korean & Japanese Yakiniku cooking at your table, cheese platters, fresh local seafood and imported Australian steaks, lamb loin chops and sausages.
We must also not forget to include our Mojito Poolside Bar & Grill serving you the delicious fresh local seafood and Australian meats grilled perfectly to your to your request while enjoying the beverage of your choice including local and imported beers & spirits, cocktails, Australian d’Arenberg wine from McLaren Vale, South Australia and Grant Burge wine from the Barossa Valley, South Australia and of course our famous Mojitos. All these choices while listening to our in-house live band by the poolside.
