Last November 11-13, 2016, Eagle Point Resort cater big group for team building and seminar in one coordinated with one of our best Sales Account Manager Ms. Liezel Larcena.
S1 Technologies Inc., was established in 1980 with a concept of providing their customers with quality products and unsurpassed service, as well as, a complete recycling packages. They are committed to the electronics and plating industries and have established a partnership with their customers by guaranteeing an uninterrupted supply of materials. S1 Technology’s customer base is four hundred plus and growing.
A hundred and thirty people consist of groups and representatives from some other companies, their “clients” and groups and representatives from other companies, their “suppliers”.
November 11, 2016, 9:00 am, estimated time of arrival of the group. They have two service buses and arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Upon arrival welcome drinks were served at the poolside together with their registration assisted by Joanne, one of our front office staff.
Their morning snack is ready for them at Balayan Ballroom, one of Eagle Point Resorts function room, the largest of which can cater up to 250 people depending on the room configuration. It is located on the third level of the Villa next to the Casablanca with easy access via a pathway from Main Core. Popularly used for corporate events and wedding receptions.
The group will be staying in Balayan Ballroom for the rest of the day.
After eating their AM Snack, the program has started hosted by Ms. Kim of S1 Technologies Inc.
Ms. Kim welcomed all the participants and thanking them for spending some time with them.
Next is introducing the 1st and 2nd speaker, each representative of every company from their supplier is going to present and explain their products and services to their clients.
The first presenter is from Eaton Philippines. Lunch Break!
Right after the 2nd presenter, S1 announced that they will be having their lunch along with this is Joanne from front office distribute their rooms keys for their 30 – minute rest after eating lunch. The program will resume at 2:30 in the afternoon.

The seminar has ended at 7:00 pm and participants proceed to poolside for their dinner and videoke.
On the second day, they have their breakfast at poolside again and we go to Sepoc Beach Center at 9:00 am.
Everyone fell in love with the beauty of Sepoc Beach Center, a private part of Maricaban Island that is exclusive only to Eagle Point Resorts guest. We always make sure to give our guest this pristine white sand experience in Batangas whenever they booked to us.
We now proceed to the most exciting part of their stay at Eagle Point Resort, the team building activities we prepared is waiting for them!!
The participants were divided into two groups with 25 members each. Team HP (Horse Power) and Team Bog!! They introduced themselves by making a short jingle.

The overall champion is TEAM BOG! Each member of Team Bog will receive their award for winning on their social night, HP team members will also receive their consolation prices.
After the fun and exciting games, everybody gathered again for their lunch. After having lunch they enjoyed the rest of the time in Sepoc Beach Center in swimming, trekking, snorkeling, chatting and playing under the sun.
