Clear and open communication is key to the success of projects and relationships within a company. Team building exercises can help to foster better communication skills in staff and develop their ability to co-operate well. In addition, the fun nature of team building activities allows employees to get know each other in a casual environment outside the office. This can go a long way to building trust between staff.
On May 5-6, 2017, Eagle Point Resort in Batangas were fully occupied by corporate groups, one of which is the Ramon F. Garcia and Company, CPA’s.
Arrive around 8:30 in the morning of Friday.
Upon arrival they were assisted by front office staff going to their designated luggage areas.
After keeping their things on the luggage area they had their breakfast buffet at Eagle’s Nest Bar and Restaurant. While others are still having breakfast the group facilitator decided to make a raffle, 30 sets of mask and snorkel for the lucky winners. Everybody seems to be excited!!
Right after breakfast and raffle the all head straight to pantalan and ride a boat going to Sepoc Beach Center.

Arrival at Sepoc Beach Center were everyone were surprised with the natural beauty of the place.
They all gathered at the covered pavilion for some announcements.
It is now the distribution of 30 sets of Mark and Snorkel for the lucky winners. They will enjoy use of it for the whole day since they will not going to have any Eagle Point Resorts in-house team building activities.
They also had a whole day use of Kayak which they really enjoyed by batch.
It is really refreshing swimming in this cold crystal clear water were you can be able to see nemo and his friends with bonus colorful corals.
Its lunch time!! Look how happy they are as they see the dishes we have prepared for them.
Leaving this such beautiful place, paradise-like is such heart breaking but we all have to. It is now time to go back to the reality, go back to our work desk and computers.
