Team building events are great entertainment providers which become memorable events shared by all in the team. These events provide realistic experiences that empower team members to contribute to common goals.

It was June 29, 2017, Philippine International Trading Corp. had a team building kick-off at Eagle Point Beach Resort in Batangas, team building is one of the most widely used group-development activities aligning around goals, building effective working relationships reducing team members’ role ambiguity and finding solutions to team problems. Company outing with team building helps the bond of the company as one and helps them performed in work well.

Team PITC and I had meeting first for their team building activities, we’ve planned very well the activities and the mechanics for their participants. Team PITC had a team leader in each group so they can follow their instructions and planning for the game. Every leader set their goals for each member to make this event memorable.

First we arrived at Sepoc Beach Center before we start the activities. I introduced Sepoc Beach Center, our fellow staffs and about the history of Sepoc Beach Center.
Our first game was the sand castle making we had the criteria of teamwork for 25%, creativity 30% , originality 25% and explanation 20%, the most important thing for this game how will everyone participate with their own ideas and how will teamwork affects the unity of each member.
The goal is to best build sand castle.
Blue team won the sand castle making 100% score, white got 95% red 90% and green last one got 85%.
Our next was the obstacle course very easy game, mechanics pass the tires, ropes and chairs who will finish first wins the game.
Red team first, 2nd the green, 3rd blue and last white.
Last game filling the drums, drums has 26 holes to cover they have to strategize how to fill it and cover at the same time.
Blue team dominated the game, 2nd red 3rd green and last white.
Afterwads the team PITC got relaxed and enjoyed their free time.
Better communication and teamwork are just a few reasons why we must have an annual company outing and team building. Who wouldn’t want to have those characteristics in their employees? Come and book with us!!
