Now a days, team building is one of the most important factor that helps our employees to coup up with each other inside and outside work or to build their confidence, camaraderie and personality. Once again Eagle Point Beach Resort hosted the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) team building activities, such a pleasure to have them again.
On the 19th of August the team of IRRI arrived in the resort, a little bit late on their original schedule. First day, the team decided to spend a night with beers and cheers to know each other.
Our corporate group woke up early for their early breakfast @ Eagle’s nest restaurant, then after the breakfast they went to the dive shop to gear up for their wildest adventure and rent snorkeling gears.
At 8 in the morning of the 20th we leave the Eagle Point Resort port and start our inter-island adventure.
Team Sativa
We arrived at Sepoc Beach Center around 8:34 in the morning. We started dividing them into two groups for the team building activities.
Team Oryza
First game was Obstacle relay with Sack race
Let the game begin!
Each team member has to go on the series of obstacle. This game became even more extreme and exciting because of the sack race.
Team Sativa won!
Second game was the Fill in the Drums
Each team has each drums with 24 holes and one pale for getting some water from the sea to fill the drums. Its a simple yet complicated game.
Go Team Sativa!
Go Team Oryza!
This time Team Oryza wins!! They even use their mouth, feet and forehead just to be able to cover the holes. Winning is all worth it for their team! Kudos!
Last but not the least, a tie-breaker game, The Tag-o-war
Pull! Pull! Pull! They really wanted to finish all the games as soon as possible because they were captivated by the beauty of Batangas beach that they all wanted to get a dip.
Team Sativa got this game!! They are the champion for this years team building!
After the final game, they took their morning snack and had their free time. Some of them do snorkeling and some just take photos while relaxing.
They also enjoyed playing beach volleyball under the heat of the sun.
