Hovid Inc., in Ortigas City with 72 participants spent a day at Eagle Point Resort to celebrate their Christmas party together with their team building as well.
Arrival at 9:00 in the morning last December 17, 2016 with almost 80 participants. Had their welcome drinks at the poolside and head straight to Sepoc Beach Center using one big boat with a capacity of almost 100 people.
We had arrived at Sepoc at 10:00 in the morning.
Upon arrival at Sepoc Beach Center, AM snack for the group is served in buffet.
They we’re seated separately based on their grouping. They were divided into four groups RED, BLUE, GREEN and YELLOW.
After having their Am snack, they rest for about 30 minutes and then the games begun.
Let’s a have some energizer first, each group have been given time to come up with a funny yet encouraging cheers.
YELLOW team uses their body to create sound and one person is singing into it.
RED team use their singing skills.
GREEN team dance to the beat!
And BLUE team sang softly together. 🙂

First Game: Flag Hunt – The Sepoc team has put and keep flaglets around the pathway going to the rightmost part of the beach.
It was a flaglets in different colors for a total of 70 flags. Inhere, all of the team members will participate in this game in searching for the flaglets. The team that has the largest number of flaglet is the winner for this game.
In this game Blue team has collected 11 flags, Yellow team has a total of 10 flags, Red team has searched for 8 flags and Green team has 5 flags.
Second game: Obstacle Relay – Each team will undergo into three different challenges, first team to finish will win this game.
These game requires 12 representatives for each team.
First obstacle is the colored wheels, make sure not to get on your knees!! Be careful!!
Second obstacle is going through under the table, the twist is in the slope of the sand.
Last is to go around the small chair.
Green team finished first followed by Red team, Yellow team is on the third place while Blue team is the last one to complete the Obstacle Relay.
Third game: Tag-o-war – contest in which two teams pull against each other at opposite ends of a rope.
This is a do or die challenge between each teams. We have a total of three rounds in this game.
First rivals are Red team versus Blue team
Blue team win!!!
For the next batch we have the Yellow team versus the Green team.
Green team wins!!
For final round its Blue team versus Green team. The game is getting tougher and the players are getting hotter.
In the end Green team beats them all!!
And for the last game: Fill in the drums – this is a fast game, first team to fill the drums with 24 holes using only 1 pail will win in this game. Each team has 10 representatives for this game. Lets get started!!
