Eagle Point Resort been in the business for 30 years not only because of its marketing efforts but also because of its constant and continues efforts in preserving safety and cleanliness of the property especially its ocean. This beach resort in Batangas owns a piece of land in Maricaban Island in Tingloy, Batangas which we called Sepoc Beach Center, which become one of the best highlights of our guest when visiting Eagle Point Resort. With this, we really ensure that our guest will always have the best experience on the beach without inconveniences due to improper trash disposal.
Every year thousands of tons of garbage winds up in the oceans and Sepoc Beach Center is just one of the many victims of it. It is not easy and very costly to maintain a very clean environment but it is part of our responsibilities to make it happen.
In partnership with Mermaid Missions, Eagle Point Resort was able to rescue more marine plants and animals from the harm of being killed by the people who’s constantly throwing they’re trashes in the ocean without even thinking of the effects of it.
We have more than 20 free divers who’d volunteered in cleaning Sepoc Beach Center area, they collect straws, plastic bottles, shoes, ropes, plastic cups, plastic containers, and many more in the ocean which would take hundreds of years before totally dissolve. Imagine how harmful it can be in those tiny little fishes who’d might also have the trashes eaten.
Eagle Point Resort will pledge to continue cleaning the ocean until it becomes trash-free not just for our guest but to brings back to the creator for giving us such a beautiful and paradise-like place.
We will be happy and open for clean up enthusiast to help us with our goals. We will send updates and invites on our next clean up activity and let us all work hand in hand to make our ocean as clean as it is like on the day it has created.
