We can never deny that beach resort in Batangas is one of the most popular venue for corporate events. Little did we know that Eagle Point Resort in Anilao is one of the leading favorite destination in terms of team building, seminar and company outing. We have and we can deal and adjust on our every client’s requirement in a very reasonable cost.
Eagle Point Resort as Corporate events venue has been collecting numbers of happy and satisfied returning corporate groups. One of which is the GOLDEN DONUTS INC, a famous donut company around the Philippines. They have been our guest last November 2015 for their company’s annual team building.
A group consisting of 37 participants is a combined personnel from Finance and IT Department of Golden Donuts Inc. main office. They arrived at 10:00 in the morning of December 8, 2016, welcome drinks is served upon arrival at poolside pavilion together with the front office registration. After consuming their drinks room keys are properly distributed with the help of front office staff and GDI’s coordinator.
A 30-minute preparation was given to each participants and they all have to be at the poolside on a given time because the group is going to experience a memorable Sepoc Beach Center trip.
They were all convinced that the water of Anilao is clearer that what they are expected. While on the boat they took another group photo with the captain of Angelica (name of the boat).
We arrived at Sepoc at 11:30 am, everyone seems to be hungry and tired due to long hours of travel from Manila to Batangas. We need to have a head start activity to be able to gain their energy and spirits back to this event. They we’re grouped accordingly by the coordinator, they have divided into a total of four groups RED, GREEN, BLUE and YELLOW team.
FIRST GAME: CHARADE WITH A TWIST
Everybody knows what charades is, right? It is a game where there will be a word in different category that needs to be guess by other member of the team by explaining the words through a silent action. At this point given categories are the following: movie titles, song titles, name of celebrities, popular places or landmarks, local TV shows.
After the first fun game their scores was: GREEN – 0 point, BLUE- 1 point, YELLOW – 3 points and RED – 4 points. It is obvious that RED team got the first game.
And because everyone seems to be hungry, they started having their lunch. After eating, we let them rest for a couple of minutes before resuming on the next activities.
SECOND GAME: SACK RACE
In this game, they have to run up to the touch point by jumping through the sack. The first team to finish is the winner. Each line is consist of 8 players.
The team who finished first is BLUE team followed by Red team, YELLOW team on third place and lastly GREEN team.
THIRD GAME: THE TAG-O-WAR
This is the endurance game, they all have to exert strength and strategy. Each team will positioned at the end of a rope and pull. They have to be aware where the red flag is because that red flag will indicated which side is the leading.
BLUE team win, they are the strongest among teams maybe because they are the ones who ate a lot during lunch. (Just kidding!!)
LAST GAME: FILL IN THE DRUMS
Expect to get wet on this game! We prepared drums with 24 holes that needs to be filled with water. Each team should have their strategies on how to fill the water while minimizing the spills from the holes. Interesting right? Let the filling in the drums start!!
After the fun and exciting games they given time to enjoy the beach and they also try trekking to see the top view of Sepoc Beach Resort white sand bar. At 3:00 we all have to travel back to the main resort.
