The team arrived at 10:10 in the morning and in instant, the team head-out to check the popular Sepoc Beach Center – it is now the famed team building venue located in one of the beach resorts in Batangas.
Nippon group were consist of six (6) groups. The team Duhat, Melon, Chico, Pakwan, Dalandan and Mangga 🙂

11:20 AM the troop was completed and they were startled by the beautiful backdrop of the place.

Each group were made up of (10) members.
Before they kicked-off the first game, Ms. Grace (Social Director of Eagle Point Resort) mentioned all the rules and mechanics of the game and also the safety precautions.

The mechanics of the game was simple, the participants need to find flaglets as many as they can J if the team got the highest number of flaglets – Sure Win!

4th GAME – FILL IN THE DRUMS
And for the LAST GAME- KAYAK RACE
At 3:45 in the afternoon the Nippon group went back to the Main Beach Resort.
